i had to go in for a surgery that i had been waiting 7 years to get and after talking to several different surgeons over the years i finally felt that i had found the right one with Dr Schuster. Right after contacting him on his website one of his staff was on the phone with me within the hour answering my questions and scheduling me in for an appointment. i had to go to him a total of 5 times (twice before the surgery and 3 times after) and was never left in the waiting room for more then 10 minutes, and during that time the very friendly staff made sure i was comfortable by offering drinks and snacks. Once i met the doctor himself i was very relieved to see that he understood my situation and worked very hard to get the procedure underway as soon as possible which all in all happened in less then a month.
