Facelift is a safe and predictable way to address sagging, laxity and poor definition in the lower face and along the jawline. During the procedure, the deep layers of the skin and muscle are lifted and tightened, fat deposits are removed and the skin is gently re-draped. This minimizes the appearance of nasolabial folds, downturned corners of the mouth, jowls, marionette lines and more. The result is more youthful facial contours and smoother, firmer skin.
Neck lift is an excellent procedure to correct premature aging on the area below the chin and the neck when the other areas of the face have not aged as quickly. During the neck lift procedure, excess fat and skin is removed, the tissues of the lower face are re-draped and the skin is tightened over the neck.
Though often used to fill in the tear troughs underneath the eyes and add volume to the lateral cheek area, dermal fillers can also be used to subtly rejuvenate the chin and the jawline and slightly lift the area.
